Our Community Development Lead - Active Recreation & Youth Development is about rangatahi, first and foremost. Leading the active recreation and youth development portfolios on behalf of the organisation, to develop and deliver quality services, connect and influence key organisations and community groups, and support rangatahi participation in active recreation.  

Utilising community-led and co-design principles with individuals and partner organisations to understand rangatahi specific needs, the Community Development Lead ensures activities and projects meet the needs of rangatahi and less active people to grow physical activity across the region.
