Little Wigglers (Parents Centre)
It’s music and movement for babies and toddlers run by Kapiti Parents Centre. The sessions run for half an hour with an emphasis on fun, interactive activities for parents and their pre-schoolers. Check the website for times.

This class involves singing, rhymthic and posture games, basic music skills, general music appreciation and of course, learning to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star on the Cello.

Mainly Music
The aim of mainly music is to provide an environment where young children develop skills to enhance their early education, through the use of music, rhythm, rhyme, and other music related activities with the participation of a parent or primary caregiver.
Each week, parents and caregivers bring their children for a thirty-minute session of music, rhyme, movement, listening and more. The adults must participate in the session, and in fact, it is vital that they do so, because this encourages the children to enter into the actions and singing. Everyone is given snacks and refreshments.

Tots’N’Tunes music and movement is a weekly gathering for parents and carers (and those expecting!) and pre-schoolers. We meet on Tuesday mornings from 10am to 11.30am in the Brian Davis Room at the Cathedral.
Sessions begin with an energetic time of music, songs and dance. We have a children’s story and then enjoy all important coffee and morning tea!
